Phase IConcept/Schematic Design
The team will develop a broad layout based on the client's requirements at the beginning of the design phase. Using a 3D model, the objective is to establish a distinct and comprehensive overall vision for the project. Usually three iterations are done to reach a suitable design fit for the client's taste.
Phase IIDesign Development
The architect will submit by drop off any HOA reviews and will address any questions and corrections in order to reach an approval and to continue the design and building process..
Phase IIIConstruction Documents
A basic package of construction documents will be provided by the team in order to procure a building permit. GCD focuses on a technical representation of work along with the required guidelines such as zone codes, building codes, and safety guidelines.
Phase IVConstruction Administration
With the construction underway, the team will remotely check on the progress of the contractor's work. GCD ensures that every aspect of the design is carried out exactly as envisioned, offering a warranty that the finished product will adhere to the design guidelines and requirements.
