Jean Yrra Mutuc is a highly motivated individual with a remarkable level of creativity and imagination. With two years of experience as an Architectural Designer, she has been actively involved in managing residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Passionate about achieving continuous growth and excellence, Jean remains dynamic in the ever-changing scenario of the architectural field, always striving to become a successful professional and seeking the best opportunities for advancement.

Academically, Jean holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Don Honorio Ventura State University in Pampanga, Philippines. Her educational background provided her with a strong foundation in architectural principles and design. She’s also completed various short courses that have enhanced her technical proficiency in both AutoCAD & Revit.

Jean’s recent start in the industry was with MOS Engineers. During her two year tenure, Jean collaborated closely with the Senior Designer. She played a key role in preparing layouts and presenting preliminary sketches of projects to clients. She skillfully coordinated building systems to ensure compatibility with the design intent, incorporating elements such as structural, mechanical, and electrical systems seamlessly. Additionally, Jean created building designs and highly detailed drawings, utilizing specialist design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.

Later, Jean would join JPM Design as an Architectural Designer, working directly with the principal Architect on Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) projects. With meticulous attention to detail, she prepared and revised documentation across various architectural phases, including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, sections, and details.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Jean maintains a diverse set of interests. She finds solace in listening to music, watching movies & anime, or playing Ping-Pong.
